My Christmas Break, Israel, and the Gaza Strip

I am, again, as I've said so many times before in past articles, aware of what the local time is, and that I do have school tomorrow morning and am required to be up at 7:30 AM sharp as so I have time to prepare and leave at around 8:15 to be at school by 8:30, but I decided that I would write an article right now due to the fact that I haven't actually written an entire article in quite a while, and that I probably won't get much sleep tonight anyways, as it always tends to be following weekends of staying up late or, in this case, a two-week break of staying up from 1 AM to 5 AM in the morning, whether with friends or alone.
Sadly, three days ago, I pulled a New Years allnighter with a friend of mine, hoping I'd be tired enough to go to sleep at 10 or 11 PM the following night, effectively mending my broken sleeping pattern. I did succeed in fixing it, but me being me, I couldn't spend the last days of Christmas break going to bed at 11 PM, so I stayed up late for the next two days prior to tonight.

Anyways, I decided I'd do an article on the subject of Israel and the Gaza Strip, which those of you who are politically attuned with know is now a major point of conflict between the Palestinian militant group 'Hamas' and Israeli forces.
Now, I am definitely in no way an anti-Semite (actually, I'm dating a girl of Jewish ethnicity, but of course I am in no way entitled to give out any more information) but personally, I disagree entirely with Israel, and the idea of an entirely Jewish nation.
First of all, to begin with, the national government is built on religion, which history knows is always a terrible combination.
Second of all, to create the nation, they essentially stole an entire chunk out of Palestine. Palestine was asked politley for the land, and of course where not initially willing to give up any of their land for anyone, but the United Nations and other western powers pushed them into a corner, something like peer pressure from friends to do something you don't wish to.
Third of all, they call the militant groups that attack them (wanting the land back for Palestine) terrorists. They in no way have the right to label them as terrorists, I in no way support what the militant groups do to try and seize back the territory, but I in no way support the nation of Israel.

After years of fighting, 98% of the former Palestinian occupants of the area now known as Israel migrated east into the heart of Palestine, except in one generally small area known as the Gaza Strip, where over a million Palestinian civilians reside, and very little Israelites.
The 'terrorist' group known as Hamas has been demanding that the Gaza Strip be given back to Palestine for years, with Israel always denying their demands, and not until very very recently did it erupt into all-out ground war.
The Gaza Strip is located in the lower south-eastern corner of Israel, and is home to roughly 1.7 million Palestinians and immigrants of other nationalities.

Now, what I find ridiculous about this is the fact that virtually every occupant of the Gaza Strip is Palestinian, and the people of Palestine want it back for good reason. Israel, which essentially stole the land from Palestine in the first place, refuses to give it back, and are effectively directly at fault for the conflict and casualties that have occurred in the area during this official conflict and prior.

Something I've always wondered is: what happens if the Jewish peoples become a minority in their own nation? What happens then?
Obviously they can't just kick registered and unregistered immigrants out of the country without international backlash, so tell me, what do they do?

Well, that's my article for today, and hopefully I won't be to busy and will be motivated enough to post another article tomorrow, but either way, peace out.

The world is meaningless,

there is no God or gods, there are no morals, the universe is not moving inexorably towards any higher purpose.
All meaning is man-made, so make your own, and make it well.
Do not treat life as a way to pass the time until you die.
Do not try to "find yourself", you must make yourself.
Choose what you want to find meaningful and live, create, love, hate, cry, destroy, fight and die for it.
Do not let your life and your values and your actions slip easily into any mold, other that that which you create for yourself, and say with conviction, "This is who I make myself".
Do not give in to hope.
Remember that nothing you do has any significance beyond that with which you imbue it.
Whatever you do, do it for its own sake.
When the universe looks on with indifference, laugh, and shout back, "Fuck You!".
Rembember that to fight meaninglessness is futile, but fight anyway, in spite of and because of its futility.
The world may be empty of meaning, but it is a blank canvas on which to paint meanings of your own.
Live deliberately. You are free.
